Overview of Data Deletion
At Tennis Club, we firmly uphold your right to data privacy and the Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) under the EU GDPR and CCPA. If you decide to stop using our app, you have the full ability to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest and most direct way to delete your account is directly inside the Tennis Club mobile application:
- Open the Tennis Club app on your iOS or Android device.
- Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
- Tap on your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the account actions section and tap "Delete Account".
- Review the confirmation dialog and confirm your choice by tapping "Permanently Delete".
Upon confirmation, our backend database function (delete_user_account) is executed immediately, wiping your records from our live systems and logging you out permanently.
Method 2: Web & Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log into your account, you can submit a manual deletion request to our privacy team:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request - Tennis Club
Required Information: The registered email address associated with your Tennis Club account and your username.
To protect your security, we will verify that the request originated from the account's registered email. Once verified, your account and all associated data will be completely purged within 7 business days, and we will send a final confirmation email.
What Data is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following categories of data are permanently and irreversibly purged from our Supabase database:

Data Retention & Exceptions
Tennis Club does not retain your personal data after account deletion. We do not maintain shadow profiles or sell historical records. Only anonymized, aggregated platform statistics (such as total match counts without user identifiers) or server security logs required by law for limited technical audits may persist for standard backup rotation cycles (not exceeding 30 days) before automatic overwriting.
